Terms of sale for alerts

1. Seller

The alert service is sold by MissionMonde, operated in a personal capacity by its founder, who lives in France, until the company that will operate it is registered. Contact: ift.contact10@gmail.com.

2. Purpose

These terms of sale (Terms of Sale) apply to the MissionMonde alert subscription. The subscription gives access to:

  • emails listing new listings that match your criteria (keywords, countries, tiers, gig type);
  • notifications on your phone or computer, if your browser supports them and you turn them on.

Only subscribers whose payment has been confirmed receive alerts.

3. Prices

Prices by bank card or PayPal, in euros, all taxes included:

  • Monthly: 2 € per month;
  • Quarterly: 5 € for 3 months;
  • Yearly: 20 € for 12 months.

Prices by mobile money, in local currency, all taxes included. Example for CFA franc countries (XOF):

  • Monthly: 1 300 FCFA per month;
  • Quarterly: 3 300 FCFA for 3 months;
  • Yearly: 13 100 FCFA for 12 months.

The exact price for your country and payment method is shown before you confirm the order. Any fees charged by your bank or operator are your responsibility.

4. Order

To subscribe, you choose your criteria, your plan and your payment method, you enter your email address and phone number, then you accept these Terms of Sale. You are then redirected to the provider’s secure payment page.

The order is confirmed by email as soon as the provider confirms the payment. This email contains the link to manage your subscription.

5. Payment

  • Bank card and PayPal: payment processed by Stripe. The amount is charged automatically at each renewal date, until you cancel.
  • Mobile money: payment processed by an authorised provider, with the operators offered on the payment page. There is no automatic charge. A reminder is sent 3 days before the renewal date, then on the renewal date. Without payment 3 days after the renewal date, the subscription is suspended.

Mobile money is offered only in countries where a provider is available. MissionMonde neither receives nor stores your card or mobile money account details.

If a card payment fails, the subscription is suspended until payment is made.

6. Duration

The subscription starts when the payment is confirmed and lasts for the chosen period: 1, 3 or 12 months. Paid by card or PayPal, it renews automatically for the same duration. Paid by mobile money, it renews with a new payment.

7. How alerts work

  • Up to 3 emails per day, sent around 7 am, 1 pm and 7 pm, your country’s time, when new listings match your criteria.
  • The same listing is only sent to you once.
  • Notifications are sent between 7 am and 10 pm, your country’s time.

The number of listings depends on what the sources publish. MissionMonde does not guarantee a minimum number of listings, nor that you will get a gig. You can change your criteria, your plan and your country at any time from the management link.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, with the “Cancel in one click” link in each email, or from your subscription management page. Cancellation is immediate: alerts and charges stop.

The period already started is not refunded, unless you exercise the right of withdrawal described in article 9.

MissionMonde may suspend or cancel a subscription in case of fraud, abusive use or non-payment.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

By subscribing, you ask for the service to start right away, before the end of this period. If you withdraw, you still owe an amount proportional to the period already provided. The rest is refunded to you within 14 days, using the payment method you used.

To withdraw, send ift.contact10@gmail.com a clear statement, for example: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the MissionMonde alert subscription contract taken out on [date], with the email address [address].”

10. Referral

Each subscriber has a referral link. When someone subscribes with this link and their first payment is confirmed, the referrer and the referred person each receive one free month of subscription.

  • A maximum of 12 free months in total per subscriber;
  • A maximum of 10 confirmed referrals per month and per referrer;
  • The free month is removed in case of refund or fraud.

11. Liability

Alerts contain listings published by third parties. The Terms of Use apply to their content. MissionMonde is not responsible for a delay or interruption caused by a payment, email or notification provider, nor for an email marked as spam.

12. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to ift.contact10@gmail.com. A reply is given within 7 days.

If the complaint is not resolved, the consumer can use a consumer mediator free of charge. MissionMonde will join a mediation scheme as soon as its company is registered. The mediator’s contact details will then be given in this article.

13. Governing law

The Terms of Sale are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.
