Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use (Terms of Use) govern the use of the MissionMonde website by any visitor. Using the site means you accept the Terms of Use. The paid subscription to alerts is also governed by the terms of sale (Terms of Sale).

2. The service

MissionMonde is a search engine for online gigs, on-site gigs and remote jobs. The site automatically collects listings published on third-party platforms and websites, several times a day, and shows for each one the countries from which you can apply.

Browsing listings, platform pages and guides is free and requires no account.

3. Third-party listings

Listings are written by third parties. MissionMonde does not check every listing and does not guarantee its accuracy, its availability, that you will get a gig or that you will be paid for it. A listing can be changed or removed by its source at any time.

Before applying, always check the listing on the original site. Never pay to get a gig. MissionMonde will never ask you for money to apply.

Amounts, accepted countries and payment methods are taken from the listing or from the platform page. They are given for information only.

4. Ranking and links

Listings are sorted by publication date, most recent first. By default, only listings open to the chosen country are shown.

Some links to platforms are partner links: MissionMonde may be paid if you sign up. They are labelled “Partner link”. A paid listing is labelled “Sponsored”. Neither one changes the ranking or the opinion given on a platform.

5. Reviews and reports

You can leave a review of a platform and report a listing. A review is published after moderation. Only one review per person and per platform is accepted.

The following are prohibited: insulting, defamatory or discriminatory remarks, personal data of a third party, advertising, fake reviews and abusive reports. MissionMonde may refuse or remove a review that does not follow these rules.

A listing that receives 10 reports is removed and then checked by a person.

6. Use of the site

You may not extract the site’s content in an automated and large-scale way, disrupt its operation, or bypass its technical limits and its anti-bot protection.

7. Liability

MissionMonde does its best to keep the site available and accurate, but cannot guarantee it. MissionMonde is not responsible for exchanges, contracts or payments between you and a third party you met through a listing, nor for the content of the sites it links to.

8. Personal data

The data processed and your rights are described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the Terms of Use

The Terms of Use may change. The online version is the one that applies. The update date appears at the top of the page.

10. Governing law

The Terms of Use are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, first write to ift.contact10@gmail.com to look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence.
